PhineX was founded by @A.Elgohary on November 13, 2025 with a simple but powerful observation: building software alone takes months. Building it with a team of senior developers — it takes weeks.
Instead of isolated developers working in silos, we built a community-first model where experienced programmers collaborate, share expertise, and split profits fairly on every project.
Our name draws from the mythical Phoenix — the bird that rises transformed from the ashes. We believe every developer has untapped potential waiting to be unlocked through the right environment, mentors, and opportunities.
Today PhineX operates as both a development studio and a training academy, scouting talent through X-Academy and deploying the best into our X-Developers team.
